Hello all… I am 30 year old woman, I have regular periods, and I have never been pregnant. Last Wednesday, I went to the doctor because I had a weird pinkish discharge. My period went off Oct. 2nd, so initially I thought it was left over blood, but I went to the doctor because I wanted to make sure. Well, she told me I had Bacterial Vaginosis. My doc prescribed Flagyl, which I have been taking, and now as of 2 days ago, I have started spotting blood. It’s really dark and it’s not a lot, but it is there. I took a test last night, and it said that I am not preggers… I have never experienced this before and I am waiting on the nurse to call back. In the meantime, have any of you ever experienced this? What is it? Or what could it be?
It could be old blood, which is fairly common for most women. I'm not familiar with the med, but is breakthrough bleeding a potential side effect?
Friendship Prayer
May the fleas of a thousand camels infest the crotch of the person who screws up your day and may their arms be too short to scratch.
Amen
