6 days late for period neg blood test help !!! Accutane

hello readers,

hi i'm 18 and my bf an i always use the pull out method and avoid intercourse during fertile days he always ejaculate on my belly and i always wipe it off immediately afterwards hence there is no way that any sperm got near my vagina, i keep track of my cervical mucus, my cycle was regular for 3 months always comes every 29 days but lately it has been off, it stretched to 33 days long but never this late.. i got my period last month at 3/11/10 and it lasted 5 days i am supposed to get my period at 1/12/10 this month but it never came, and i'm on accutane, i live in jakarta so there's no ipledge program..the doctor prescribed me with 10mg but i took 20mg ones and i've been spotting for literally the whole month after my last period, and this never happened to me before, i consulted a doctor and he don't seem to concerned about it he said that it could be hormonal imbalance and it's normal that these things happen one in awhile.

i also took 5 pregnancy test that tested 25 mIU/ml hCG and always used the first urine i tested this morning and two days before, the day my period is due and 2 days after i'm late as i heard hcg will double on pregnancy.. all showed negativity with no slightest hint of possible pregnancy,
i also took a blood test 2 days ago and it showed <0.1 which cannot happen when you are pregnant
i have been having period cramps and my nipples hurt ( they usually do when my period is coming) breast tenderness but never sore, i did bleed a little bit the day my period was due it was very light but red and lasted for only one night i have been doing that for the whole month, i really think my hormones are all over the place this month..

so i want to ask anyone out there had this problem when taking accutane?
i have read in forums that it could cause a woman to miss her period altogether and causes spotting in between cycles too..

oh and i would not consider STI because my bf and i got tested and we are clean.
i notice that my cervix is firm and i am very dry with thick infertile cervical mucus.

also this month i have been very worried about being pregnant to the point of being unable to sleep, crying in the middle of the night but the blood test eased me abit..

what could be wrong with me???help !!

i never had this problem while on accutane
however i am surprised your doctor prescribed your accutane without using a formal birth control method as its still a high possibility of getting pregnant using the pull out method due to pre cum. it is very dangerous to get pregnant on accutane hence my doctor made sure i was on birth control (iud) with a back up menthod (condoms) before he would prescribe it to me.
however these things can happen every once and awhile - due to the dangers of accutane and pregnancy consult a doctor but i would suggest at the minimum using condoms. stressing about not having your period can also cause you not to get it!

yes, i want to avoid this type of pregnancy scare again, i am definitely going on BC pills will visit the doctor soon so he/she could prescribe me with it, however, is it still possible to be pregnant after such clear negative results, (

so an update...i finally went to the doctor 4 days ago, he told me it looks like my follicle just ruptured and my ovulation is very very late..hence causing the late periods, as for the spotting he could not give me a definite answer and said it was probably hormones..he said i will be fine and prescribed me with 3 months of Diane35 that is supposed to regulate my period and improve my skin..it's now day 41 and still no period !! but my sore nipples are subsiding and i'm hoping it's coming soon cos it usually subsides just before i get my period.
