Default Plan B, Birth Control, and Missed Period?

My boyfriend and I had semi-unprotected sex. On Dec 5th, he played peek a boo for no more than a minute before putting on a condom. He finished in the condom, but two days later I started having pinkish discharge that only showed on the tp. Along with that, I had cramping...but i've also been constipated. I started freaking myself out thinking it was implantation bleeding, but I read that it happens much later than 2 days after sex. I took Plan B on Dec 7th because I got freaked out by the discharge. I know Plan B doesn't work if fertilization has already occurred, but it was worth a shot. If anything, it would help me relax! I do take birth control regularly, however I did forgot to take one pill on dec 5th, which was at the beginning of the third week in the pack. I doubled up and took two the next day at the same time I normally do. The inactive pills started on Dec 12th, and I usually start my period 2 or 3 days later. Today it's Wed, Dec 15th, the day I should be starting and there's no sign of it. Could I be pregnant!?

I'm extremely worried 1. because i'm young! I've only got a year left in college. I'm not prepared for what could happen. I've always been extremely safe and have never had a problem...and 2. because I also take Spironolactone. With that medication they tell you NOT to get pregnant because it causes deformities. I'm so stressed out. I've never been late while on the pill.

Any answers would be so helpful!

From what you've said, it would be pretty hard for you to be pregnant right now. Expect with the plan b that your period may be different for the next couple of cycles. Keep taking your bc as directed and if you're still worried in a week or two, take a home test.
