It could be POCS or Endometriosis. I have extreme pressure when I'm on my cycle and it's horrible. I also have very severe cramps.
I am 24 and have always had an irregular menstruation. Over the past year for the first time my cycle has been coming on time but each time more painful. I feel as if my lower stomach is trying to turn inside out. I feel extreme pressure below. My flow is always heavy and I pass clots the size of two golf balls. My husband and I have tried to have children for 6 years now and had no luck. I have had a biopsy and apart from a few specks my doctor can not find what my problem is. Has anybody had a similiar problem?

I would stand on my hands and lean against the wall when the pressure got to be too much! insanity! And then when I thought I could handle the pain I would squat in the bathtub and push out the clots - like giving birth! Finally after suffering for many many years I had an uterine ablation done. I still have cramps but not nearly as bad (and I don't really have a period). You want kiddies though so this isn't an option for you. check to see if your tubes are blocked! Mine were scarred shut! Who knows from what - I'm guessing from so many years of horrific periods.
