Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts as to my current situation.
I have an ongoing history of abnormal periods. I skip months more frequently then not. I cramp 2-7 days before I start, or just cramp without starting. I have slightly different cramps throughout the month, however, and have been trying to figure out the cause. I'm used to ovulation and menstrual cramps, and these do not seem the same. And sex sometimes either sets off the cramps, or made the exsisting cramps worse. This has been a constant thing for 2 1/2 years now, and got better for about 5 months. I believe it was because of the constant pelvic activity (sex) due to the fact that I am recently married. I have been sexually active for 4 years, and have never been pregnant. I'm thinking because I skipped last month's period, I may have tempted fate too far this time. But I'm more certian that it may be caused by stress or whatever it was that was keeping me irregular before.
New symptoms have me hoping it's one of those. Considering I'd like to wait until it may be a little more convienient to get pregnant (after my husband gets out of the Army in 2 weeks, we move home, we find new jobs & health insurance, and get settled). For the last week, I have had nausea without vomiting. It has not quit unless I take Phenergan (anti-nausea meds). If I smell anything at all, it makes my nausea worse.
I can't think of anything that could cause the nausea unless it's morning sickness... It is just too constant. If it were something I ate, shouldn't it have gone after a week? And if I were just sick, it should have either gotten better or worse by now?
I stress all the time, and I figure that wouldn't help my period any, but it has never made me nauseous before.
I am wondering if anyone might know why I may have been skipping in the past?
I have been checked for std's and ovarian cysts. Both negative.
Do you think this time may be the same with just a new symptom or should I take a HPT?
If anyone has hany ideas, please let me know?
Have you ever been on the pill? Are you on the pill?
Often women young, have difficulties with regulation and cramps are part of it...Sometimes, the pill assists in regulating your period and also stops severe cramps....
