I am 27. I've been on oral contraceptive for almost 9 years. I was on a very low hormone type for about a year and a half. In august, out of nowhere, I started getting two bleed weeks resembling my normal cycle. One in the second week and one in the 4th- my normal bleed week. My gyno switched me to a higher hormone pill thinking that the low was no longer regulating my cycle. I just started the 3rd pack in the higher hormone pill. There has been no change in the cycles. When the frequent cycles first started, I had made no changes to my diet or exercise. I had just started a new semester at school but I had taken classes during the summer so I didn't require much transition.

Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone have any insight to this issue?
