    Default Discharge!

I'm having unsual discharge outside of the usual right before my period.

    I have an irregular period.

I had unprotected sex about 3 months ago.

Also my body and muscles have been very sore.
    Like my arm muscles.

    Is all of this normal?
Or should I be worried about something?

    Please help!!

If you had unprotected sex with someone you're not exclusive with, then there is always room for worry.

Can you be a little more descriptive regarding the discharge? Color, (white, yellow, green?) Consistency (watery, thick and gluey, sticky and elastic)?

    Well,
Its just a clearish sometimes white.
And I guess its a little, sticky, per say.

Its very similar to my normal mentrual cycle discharge. But its been going on the past couple days.

I also started working out alot more than usual. Could this have something to do with it??

It sounds like normal cervical fluid to me. Your body will produce different types of cervical fluid at different points in your cycle. Perhaps you're currently in your ovulating phase of your cycle. Unless you are on the pill, and then should not be ovulating.

Increasing workouts could certainly cause the tired muscles. And I've read (and noticed myself) that when I exercise, I tend to see more discharge, but really it's nothing abnormal, it's just coming out and being visible because of the muscle contractions while working out.

I would just take note of any changes, and then if it's still occuring after your next menstrual cycle, schedule an appt to discuss with your Gyn.

Oh...and....take it as a lesson learned. Next time, use a condom, no excuses.
