Thread: Discharge

I feel i have a very heavy discharge, I have to change my underwear 3 times a day at least sometimes . Is that normal? I also feel it has a smell i wouldn't say a bad smell like fishy or anything but a smell. Is that normal also?

That sounds a bit heavy to be normal (but then again, we are all different - so it may be normal). As long as it is clear/white you are alright. If it really bothers you, try Fresh Control Intimate Cleansing Gel ... works like a charm It should help with the discharge and the smell. If it doesn't get better .. I suggest making a trip to your gynecologist! Good luck
