I had a miscarriage in Sept. Everything passed fine, i've had a few periods since then. Last month I only bled for 4 days for my period. This month I bled for 4 days, stopped for 2 days then had very light spotting for 3 days. What could this mean? I'm not on birth control and we're trying to get pregnant.

Likely means you are just experiencing an irregular period. Spotting happens a lot during irregular periods. You will also likely experience a brown/darkish discharge at some point this only means old blood and there is nothing to be concerned about. If the irregular periods keep occurring you can go to the doctor and ask their opinion of the situation.
