Is it normal to have a roughly 56 day cycle?? i had my hormone levels tested a while back and they came back as normal.

I get really bad PMT up to two weeks before im due on, when i am really irratic, literally one minute i wish i wasn't alive and the next i'm flying high and everything is great!
Is this normal? i've learnt to control it better as i've got older but it causes me real problems with my boyfriend and family.

Currently my last period stopped on the 2nd of this month and for the past ten days i've had very tender breasts and been a bit ratty, anyone know what this means? i first though ovulation but as my cycles so long i'd be suprised if i even ovulated but if i was its far to early in my cycle?

Is this within the normal range when it comes to cycles or not :/
