On the day i was due to start my period i had unprotected sex...i am now 4 days late and maybe im just over thinking everything but still this is scary. im still cramping like i'm about to start but still never no spotting. my period has never been irregular so idk wats going on...is it possible for sex to mess up your cycle?!
