I am 16 years old, and up until now, have had pretty normal periods. The last two months, though, have been . Usually, I start my menstral cycle in the morning at around 6 or so, and bleed lightly the first day, heavier for 3 days, and then really lightly for 1 or 2 more days. Last month, I got my period while I was having sex with my boyfriend later in the afternoon. I was gushing, and this continued for about 8 or 9 days. I was changing my tampon every hour, and still leaked quite a bit. I had to leave class almost two times a block because I had to change my tampon. I also experienced bad cramping which lasted longer than it normally does. I was hoping that I would have a normal period this month, but after a day of light bleeding, the heavy flow was back. This morning, I soaked through a super tampon in under 20 minutes, so I had to stay home from school. I bleed less heavily when I am at home because at school I am constantly stressed about my menstruation. If you have any suggestions or ideas about what could be causing this, please comment. Thanks :]

Additional Information:

A couple years ago, I was on the brink of anorexia, and experienced amenorrhia for 6 to 8 months. Then my periods came back and have been regular. I am sexually active, and I for the last year have been suffering from bulimia. I develop nosebleeds a lot, and if I cut myself shaving, it takes forever and multiple band-aids to clot it. If these have anything to do with my abnormal menstral bleeding, please let me know.
