running and bloating
Whenever I am on my period and I run, I get really really bad bloating. I play sports so I run a lot and tonight I ran maybe half a mile and I had to stop and I could barely stand. I felt extremely bloated and there wasn't anything I could do to make it feel better. It took like 10 minuts of laying in my front yard for the pain to subside (although it felt like a lot longer). What can I do? Is there something wrong with me?
