Thread: 3 day period

My period usually last 4-5 days. They are longer during the winter months. Anyway, my last period, I only bleed for 3 days. I had not had sex with out a condom before my period only 3 days after my period ended we started having sex and did not us a condom. What does it mean when my period only lasted for 3 days?! Please help..I'm only 22!!

I would suggest taking some pregnancy tests. You can get pregnant even when you are using a condom. Granted, the chances are very slim, but it does happen. If you didn't use a condom at all, then you most certainly could be pregnant! If it turns out that you are not pregnant, it is also normal for women to sometimes have irregular periods. This can be due to stress, unhealthy eating habits, and hormonal changes.
