the "next week" came and still no period.
last month I took the Plan B, and I got my period the week after that.
And then Two weeks after, I got the brown discharge.
Is it the Plan B that's causing it?
Also, after the brown discharge was over I started getting abdominal cramps.
And then the following week, my body started aching, especially around my chest area, like i could barely move my upper body, but I still did cause I had to.
I took the pregnancy test already and it was negative.
Do you think it is what Betta is referring to?
Brown is old blood. It is just remaining blood leaving your system. It happens to all women at some point, it is normal. Cramps simply means your body is likely getting ready for a regular period. Plan B does mess up your system so it would not be surprising to see an irregular time you get your period this month.
