Comparing your cycle to a cycle several years ago isn't really a good comparison. Our cycles change numerous times throughout our lives. I'll used to go through months of having light periods, then months of having heavy periods.
With that said, the "average" blood loss during a period is a pretty wide range, anything between 10-80ml is considered normal. If your measurement is correct, considering a mooncups capacity is 13-15ml (if it is similar to the Diva Cup, which I use), then yes, you are bleeding VERY heavily and should go to the Dr. However, you need to go back to your measurements and make sure that you are calculating correctly. I just quickly did the match and at 340ml, you are changing your cup around 26 times during your period? That does sound rather high.
