You seem to answer most of your question on your own.You're living a fairly unhealthy lifestyle with the stress and the lack of sleep. Sleep is so SO important to good health. There are a lot of people who almost use their lack of sleep as bragging rights...as if "I only got 3 hours of sleep last night" will make others believe they have such a stressful rough life. But lack of sleep is a serious issue and shouldn't be taken lightly. One of the most important things you can do at your age, for your body and your brain, is to get 8 hours of sleep a night.
Are you on birth control and using condoms? Are you in a relationship? How is the relationship, meaning, do you get along well?I am sexually active but I know that im not pregnant for sure, I always keep right on top of that.
