    Hi peeps!
So, this is my first 'real' period, in oct/dec I had a small splat of blood and a bit of spotting, no Pms though. But, six days ago I started Pmsing (nausea dissiness cramping moodieness diahrreiah almost fainting in the middle of costco whitish discharge) the next to last one was fun... but, is something wrong with me? I really want to start bleeding now and get this over with, cuz' I'm almost out of advil....help?

Hello Ivy!! If you are just starting your period, don't be too surprised when it's not right on schedule. Some women have a period every 28 days on the dot, some every 30 days, some every 35 days, some even go to 40 days.

Your PMS sounds a bit severe, but that's coming from someone who has more "moody" PMS than physical. I'm sure lots of women here can totally relate to your PMS. I will say that I have at times, had PMS for over a week before I started though. You may not go ahead and have a period this month, but if you know you're not preg then don't fret it too bad.

If you don't start your period, and your pms symptoms dont alleviate, it may be a good idea to get checked out by the doc.

And don't forget to carry some "lady supplies" in your purse or backpack in case this happens when you're at school! As for the advil, don't worry, you can always buy more. I wouldn't recommend taking too much of it though, as it can cause tummy aches.

Thanks! I know about the advil, I had my celiac diagnosed two years ago, but it took two weeks for us to figure out what was wrong with me, and I burnt my stomach with the ibuprofen...ironically, they thought my auto-immune response to wheat rye barley and some oats was an ovarian cyst (it was my immune system killing my intestines). I got to have an ultrasound too! Fun,fun!

*bumping* B/c there is still no blood, and I am cramping so bad, and I am so not hungry I forgot to eat at all today until I was shaking and dizzy so my mom was like "have you eaten today?" and I was like "uuhhh, aside from starbucks mocha...lozenges and air....no." I just got my braces tightened so I am stuck eating rice. Wah.
