Hi there,my last period was 23rd may,it is now 1st august.I did not get my period in june or july, only some cramping at the end of june which has now disappeard.I have taken 4 hpt,all negative, the last being over a week ago.I have been to the g.u clinic and got the all clear last month.I don't think I'm pregnant,I don't have any symptoms, only been dizzy at times although my nipples have got more sensitive over the last week.I have a blood test 2morow but would be greatful for any advise.my perinds have always been regular,I am a healthy weight, and have not been stressed.could I be pregnant but not showing on hpts,or what cud be causing this unusual delay?thanku.

I will say, yes it's possible to be pregnant and get negative HPTs... some women don't produce enough of the pregnancy hormone in their urine for the tests to pick up. It's fairly rare though. I wouldn't worry about it too much, you'll find out pretty soon. It could just be your hormones are slightly out of whack right now and causing this. Do you normally get sensitive nipples as a premenstrual symptom? It could be your period is on it's way?
