I had a similar problem. I started bloating a lot more, cramping so much. And whenever I tried to lay on my right side, it hurt so much. One time I moved from being on my right, it felt like there was a tear. So the next day I was in so much pain I was taken to the E.R. They put a iv in my arm, did a semi pap on me checked everything. Then later that night they found I had an ovarian cyst. As soon as they found out they prepped me for surgery, family and my bf all said what they had to (really I couldn't remember, for I was drugged up) but now it is removed and I have a scars from the surgeries. But please, DO NOT go till it's too late. I suggest you go to as many doctors as possible. Trust me, you do not want to go through the chemo. I did two treatments and was done. I learned from it. And I try my best to help others

Sounds like a cyst. Most of them go away on their own, but if you've had it for a year, it's past time to go get it checked out. Doc will most likely schedule an ultrasound, which is no big deal at all, and then will be able to identify if it's actually a cyst or not. Get to a doctor and get yourself checked out.
