I got off BC pill 4 months ago. I've been doing the Fertility Awareness Method and all has been well. I've had 3 periods off both control. I know it will take time to get BC out of my system but my periods have been extremely easy its hard to believe! They are pretty much the same as they were when I was in highschool. Minimal cramps, like I have to actually focus on them to notice them. No mood swings. Instead of a 6-7 day period like on the pill, it's two days of heavy flow and 2-3 days of going from light to nothing at all. I'm just very much surprised how easy they are right now and hoping they stay this way! Why was I on the pill for so long dealing with those horrible cramps!??? The only thing bad I've noticed is my acne has gotten sooo much worse. I'm going to dermatologist but not having much luck with the acne calming down yet... I really hope it does tho. Has anyone else experienced anything like this with cramps, flow and acne? Does anybody know of an acne fix, lol? I so hope it goes away.it's gotten extremely bad but I like being off the pill and my husband and I would like to start a family one day. I just don't want to be acne girl for the next 4-5 years.
