Ok calm down honey You wrote in such short sentances I didn't really grasp what you were asking.

How long after your missed period did you get tested? Was is late enough that a pregnancy would show up?

If it's not pregnancy you may just be stressing yourself out, which can really mess with and delay your period.

Is your period always on time? Or do you have an abnormal cycle?

Was the discharge actually in your urine or was it vaginal?

If it was in your urine you might have a urinary tract infection or bladder infection.

If you are still really uncomfortable it is perfectly fine to see the OBGYN again just for your mind's sake.

An OBGYN can answer all your questions better than anyone here.
