Hi!

the last few months i've seen a lot of changes.
A week before my period is due i bleed for two days and it's not light. a week later like clockwork my period comes, it's real heavy, smelly (blood also looks old) and lasts for 6-7 days. I get the feeling the blood is 'stale', it's quite dark aswel.

I am trying to conceive but i don't feel 'healthy' down there. I've had sexual health screenings and nothing is ever picked up, although i have had bv a number of times.

I have been trying for a baby for 2 years now and i've got an awful feeling my menstrual cycle is at the heart of my failure..

can anyone relate or advise? please note in regards to the bv: i do not use soap or perfumed products, i wipe in the correct direction, i limit dairy products, i don't smoke, i've tried live yogurts and i always take my gp's advise..
