I'm 48 years old and believe that I am starting menopause. My periods have become sporadic however the last couple I have had have lasted over 3 weeks. During that
time the bleeding was extremely heavy. I passed clots as big as tennis balls. I would
go thru a super plus tampon and a pad in an hour. After days/weeks of doing this I am usually left completely exhaused. The last episode ended about 2 weeks ago and now
I am spotting. The spotting is a little heavier than the usual spotting and it is mixed with mucos. Does anyone know is this a part of menopause or is it a sign of
something else. Thanks .
