usually when i get my period my stomach gets all sensitive. like sometimes it will be upset depending on what i eat, and i have to use the bathroom more often than when i don't have my period. i'm thinking it's a hormonal thing? does this happen to anyone else?

I sometimes get a few days of diarrhea on my period. I just try not to eat too much grease, sweets, or things that usually upset my stomach.
