If prolactin is high it can contribute to infertility due to the inhibition of FSH and GnRH however since you have normal levels that inhibition will stop and the production of those key fertility hormones will return. There is no set time period when you would go back to a normal menstrual cycle, there can be a lot more at play than prolactin levels so it is merely a waiting game.
