Questions about spotting
Hey everyone,
I've been having brown spotting for about a week now. I'm supposed to start my period Friday. I'm on birth control but have been having sex, using a condom every time as well. I'm getting worried but this is the only thing that is out of the ordinary for me. Please someone let me know if this is at all normal or if I should be doing something. I'm getting scared. I just moved and started a new grad school program and think it may be stress related? But I really could use some advice!

It is normal. Brown is simply old blood, or in your case it is simply your uterine lining getting ready for your period. This happens to all women at some point.
