Ok, cut to the chase, I am REALLY frustrated. I cannot figure out what is wrong with me. So I would really appreciate some help.
Here is the story.
The end of my 8th grade year I started my period. Oh joy! NOT. A few months later after having regular periods I started having very strange periods that have not quit to this day unless I take very low hormone birth control. I have seen a gynocologist and she said it was normal but I don't think she understood my situation because she was very distant and non-receptive.
I am now 22 and am having panic attacks on a regular basis since I was 16. (Wondering if there is a connection.) Again my period is somewhat regular on low hormone bc.
If I do not take birth control I have 2 periods, lasting 7 days each, a month. Along with EXTREMELLY wild mood swings. This has not stopped since 8th grade and I am stumped. At one point in my senior year of high school I had been spotting for 7 weeks straight. Almost a panty liner a day. I begged my mom to take me to the doctor, when she FINALLY did the bleeding stopped the day before I saw them. I have been looking at Menometrorrhagia and other diseases. But nothing truly fits. So this is where you come in. PLEASE.
Also, even though I have changed my diet, taken supplements, etc, I cannot get "lubricated" anymore when I have sex. Even if I am extremelly aroused nothing happens. THIS has been going on since I was 19. I didn't have sex until I was 18 and 6 months.
So, please help. I really need to know if this is causing some other problems. Be specific too please.
Thank you.

Sounds like you need to get your hormones checked. Though the "fix" may just be the BC pills you already take - trading regular periods and fewer mood swings for lack of lubrication.
Without intervention, my cycle used to routinely last 5 weeks. I think as long as you have some kind of "schedule," it's considered normal.
