    Default very strange periods?

Hello! This is my first post, and I have an urgent question. I am 20 years old, and I was on a birth control pill (Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo) for six months, but I decided to stop after I finished the pack for the month of May because I had foot surgery (bunion removal) on June 3 and didn't want extra medication in my body. I have a boyfriend and we don't have sex or do anything penetrative, but we do other sexual things (we always use a condom even for that though). I received my period in June at the normal time, but it was lighter than the ones I usually get. I received another period in July at the normal time, and it was just like the June one.
Then in August, I got yet another light one at the normal time, but my breasts felt tender still afterwards and I still had cramping and bloating (all my normal pre-period signs, but it was over already). Two weeks after I started my first August period I received yet another, and this one was medium-heavy. The heavier bleeding stopped after three to four full days and then I spotted, making my period a total of ten days. My normal periods are a total of seven days. I still have bloating, though my breasts are no longer sore at all. The bloating is making me uncomfortable (I feel like I have to pee more too, but that could be my imagination), and I also have slight dizziness that has been going on for about a month now. I have no idea what's wrong. I thought I might be pregnant, but that would have to mean an immaculate conception because my boyfriend's semen has never touched my vagina. I'm still nervous though that maybe he accidentally got some on his finger and it somehow found its way in? He never penetrates me with anything though (I have vaginismus, it is physically impossible at the moment). I am worried about my health. Is my body just messed up because I went off of birth control? Is it because of the trauma of surgery? Do I have a hormone deficiency, like progesterone? Could I be pregnant? What should I do? I am so confused
I should also mention that I am a hypochondriac, have slight depression, my boyfriend just left for China to study abroad, and I am transferring from a junior college to a university, all of which have been very stressful for me. Could this be contributing as well?

I think you've already answered your questions. You're well aware that pregnancy can't occur unless sperm meets egg, and you've already listed all the other possibilities.

If you're ever in doubt about pregnancy, buy a cheap test at the store and set your mind at ease. Those things are seriously accurate. Easy.

If you're very concerned about your symptoms, see your doctor, but I didn't see any red flags in your post.
