Thread: Not my regular period :/

OK so I've been reading online and so far nothing has really helped me. I guess being detailed will help me with a better answer from all you people. I lost my virginity(unprotected sex) sept 1 at around 1am and i got my period that same day at around 10am. I had the regular 5 day flow with the usual second and third day being heavy. My cycle is pretty regular (28-29 days). I was expecting my period the 29th but it didnt come. I had unprotected again fri sept 30th. That sunday i took a pregnancy test because my period still hadn't come, which was negative. Since the time I first got my period when I was thirteen my cycle has been regular. Only three times since that time(I'm 19) has it been a week late but the flow was always the same as a regular period, heavy on the second and third day. I relaxed a little from the negative and the next day I got spotting so I was extremely relieved. Then the next morning when I expected to see my pad fully dirty and red it was practically clean. It lasted to thursday and my pads would only have light brown on them. That has never happened to me. I took a pregnancy test again today and it was negative. I just want to know what might be happening. I doubt I'm pregnant since I had sex near my period(or expected period) and im regular. Is this happening because I'm now sexually active?May I have gotten a disease or something? Please don't post that you have a similar story to mine unless you know why it was happening to you. Thank you for your help.

I hope you have resolved your problem since its been a week. That does not sound like an std. You could be pregnant though. Sometimes it can take a while to get a positive read.
