    Hi there.
Brand new here and in need of some help.
I'm miserable every month because I just can't get comfortable with the pads I use. They are the always overnight with the wings. I'm 19 and have been using them for some years of illness that kept me inside the house but now that I'm actually moving around in the world I can't stand these.
My problem is that they are way too wide for me so they get rolled up right away. I tried the newer thin infinity pads but they are also too wide and they get a crease in the middle that pokes me.
Can anyone reccomend an alternative for someone with heavy periods?
Thanks so much for reading and I appreciate any guidance you can offer.

    Hi! Welcome!

To start off with, do you always use overnight pads? I've found that if I'm wearing the wrong flow pad, I'm more uncomfortable than if I'm wearing the right one. Have you tried other name brands or types without wings? If the pads are too wide or roll up, I'd recomend trying other brands. I understand that you need overnight, but what brand are you using? I recomend Stayfree or Kotex. If those don't work, I'd use trial and error.

ive tried stayfree and the ones with our wings bunch up but the new always infinty pads are very flexable and more narrow for me but its all depends on you just try new ones the have the 18ct packages so you dont waste tons of pads!

Try the Always Ultra Thin regular, those are the smallest size if I remember correctly. If you're thin framed, most pads will be too wide for you and will fold at some point.
