    I have a question why do your Breast hurt before your Period starts it is normal Does it have something to do with ovulating and suggestion on how to deal with this issue

    Hiya, I'm not sure why, and not all women have this, but a high % do. Mine ache and feel very sensitive. I find the only way I can help it is to wear a very supportive bra such as a sports bra...
