    Okay,
So the reason i havent already gone to a doctor is because i have no money and no insurance and im 18.
Anyways. i never have my period.. It seems to just come around my birthday in august, but no other time! please help and everything i take a pregnancy test it always says no.. And the few times ive been to a free testing center those have come out negative also.

And another thing is my nipples have been hurting. At first it was my whole breast now its just my left nipple. The right hurts every now and then but its manly the left. I dont know exactly how to feel for lumps but nothing seems unusual. I was raised by boys so can some one please help!

First off - From your symptoms you should seek medical help.
If you cant do that then you could look at your diet.
Most of the health problems in the developed world come back to diet and lifestyle.
Start walking every day. Cut right back on sugars- softdrinks and the like.
Try to avoid too much fat in your diet as well. There is a lot of info on the net about which fats to avoid. If you can afford it take Flax oil or Fish oil capsules daily.
Try to have as much coloured fruit and vegetables in your diet as you can.
If you are too heavy or too thin your hormones will struggle.
Get sun daily of you can as this will help your vitamin D levels and your hormonal health.

    Good luck.

Is there a women's health center that offers low to no cost health care (like a Planned Parenthood)? You should really get a pap smear and speak with a professional about it. It may just be a hormonal imbalance, but you don't want to take the chances of it being something more serious. Those free testing centers, I would imagine, would offer those services. Definiately look into it!
~Today, any person can fight the battles of one day It is only when you and I add the burdens of those two awful eternity's- yesterday and tomorrow, that we break down. It is not the experience of today that drives people mad. It is the remorse of bitterness for something which happened yesterday and the dread of what tomorrow may bring.
Let us therefore, live but one day at a time.~
