I too suffered from severe pain during my periods for the last three years. I was intaking chemicals .But for the past 4 months I am using allay. It really works I should say! It seems that allay sends electrical signals into the cells ,charging them and thus relieving us from pain. I dont use any chemicals now .You just get into Allay for more

I Have the Answer!!
Take 2 Motrin pills every eight hours.
Every four hours, take Tylenol so you are sure to last the entire 8 hours.
Make sure you have eaten before you take them and make sure you take them before you start to cramp.
Motrin is a muscle relaxant so it will make the cramps almost disappear. My cramps were so bad that I had to go to the hospital, but now that I have taken Motrin, I feel almost nothing.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Make sure you keep a schedule of when you take the medicine so you don't overdose. Motrin is very powerful anf you HAVE to wait a full eight hours until you are aloud to take more.

Bad Bad Bad Cramps
I get really bad cramps when I have my cycle.... I get hot flashes, cold flashes, diarrea, sometimes I even throw up, If I get at work or school, I have to go home or call in sick. This always and only happens the first day of my cycle.... I do not take pills because they are not good for your body and usually make you bleed more and even sometimes cause clots...... What always works for me is some very Hot ginger or mint tea and a nice two or three hour nap.... I also try to stay away from cold drinks in the mornings at least a week or two before my period, drink lots of water to prevent from dehydration(which sometimes is the cause of cramps) when your cycle arrives. The best remedy for me and always works when I stick to it, is drinking Hot Tea everymorning or at least a week before your period and you should be fine. The ginger root works the best, you can get it at your local grocery store... All you do is peal it and boil it, if not, very strong ginger tea bags work just as good
.... Good luck on your next period and I hope its a happy one

I'll have to ask my doctor to prescribe me some Allay next time I see her. I've been taking both Ibuprofens and Klonopins to deal with my cramps lately.A month ago I woke up with nausea and started throwing up and still dealing with alot of nausea symptons too. I know what you mean, mine have been hurting really bad recently to the point I can't do anything until they go away. Medication wise I have'nt been feeling very healthy relying on painkillers, but thanks for suggesting Allay. Sounds like a good alternative.

What causes PMS?
Most scientists agree that PMS is related to the hormone progesterone, which is produced by the ovaries the second half of the monthly cycle. There is a relationship between a specific brain hormone called luteinizing hormone (LH) and an antibody. As your period approaches, the level of antibody falls as the level of LH rises. The high level of LH is directly related to the symptoms of PMS. Treatment of PMS with progesterone is very effective because progesterone suppresses circulating LH and controls the symptoms of PMS. I suffered for many years with migraines and cramps, then I found out I was estrogen dominate through a saliva test. This was causing all the bad cramps and other awful symptoms. I researched on the computer and found Bio-Identical hormones at vienue, I'm so much better now, it pays to research, cause my regular Dr. wasn't figuring it out.
Take care, Abbey
