Pms symptoms suddenly dropped for first time ever.
Okay for years now my periods have been very predictable and consistent. Normally I'd get my usual symptoms:
* bad migraines days before and nausea
* drastic mood swings (mainly crying spells)
* craving food and being extra hungry
* very swollen and painful lumpy breasts
Periods usually last 4-5 sometimes 6 days.

Now this month, I barely had any symptoms.. No cravings or overeating, no migraine until just the day before my period, no noticeable mood swings, and my breasts remained unswollen and ZERO lumps or soreness. I barely had cramps. Usually they are bad enough I have to lay down with a heating pad.
~I have never had this situation before!
The bleeding this month barely lasted 3 days. Now I've experienced a series of daily morning migraines and nausea, I've been moody lately, felt slight cramping mainly at night while sitting or laying down, and I've developed a yeast infection for the first time which I'm treating with suppositories. I think it started just before my period. Took a break during bleeding and now its back.
My question is could I have a hormone imbalance? Why would I suddenly get such mild Pms symptoms for the first time? Especially the absence of breast soreness and lumps.
Advice would be very appreciated! I'm 21 and not on birth control
