Little or no bleeding for the past 5 months
Hi there. I used to have very heavy periods - but for the past five months I cannot believe how light they are! In fact, this cycle, I haven't had any bleeding. I suffer from cramping - usually for about two weeks, and even the dreaded mood swings, but very little bleeding.
I am wondering if this could be a health problem symptom, and whether or not this could affect my fertility as my hubby and I are going to start 'trying' for a baby next month!
I am worried!
I am a Canadian living in Thailand where it is VERY hot all the time. But, we've been here for two years, and the period problems only started about five months ago.
Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thanks gals.

Hi smileah
I've had 1 month missed period that was couple of months ago
they say its from stress, menopause or your horomoes etc
so its best you went to the doctor to be in the safe side!
Good Luck

hi, i had very heavy periods since i was 10, then for about 11 months i had barly nothing the occasional spotting and pain.i went to many doctors and they all said they couldnt find anything.after persisting i went to another specialist and he found cysts on my overies. i was told cutting down on anything with high levels of suger(even natural sugars) can try and help the problem.(eventhough the only sugars i ate were natural fruit sugars) i did so, still no period for months. i then discovered that i was 51/2 mths pregnant!! this came as quite a shock as i thought no periods meant no egg = no babies.i now hav a healthy baby boy.
i dont know if this helps at all but just dont give up i always thought i wouldnt b able to have children,as the doctors saidit would b difficult.go and see a doctor and make them check all the possible reasons.
good luck
