Hi,
I was just wondering if any of your girls have done reading on Natural Family Planning? I've taught myself using Kippleys The Art of Natural Family Planning (which is about the symtp thermal method) and now I can't imagine being without the information. It gives for such an understanding of how the female body functions...when it is almost impossible to get pregnant, when it is most possible, when to time having a girl versus a boy, cycle irregularities, the way different medications affect your cycle, the way nutrition and stress can affect your cycle, why tracking your cycle even if you aren't practicing natural family planning can be a smart move for every girl, how your husband can affect your down there balance, how to tell when you are pregnant and when your due date is etc... There are so many little quirks to my body that would have otherwise worried me! A lot of the info has a religious tone since it is mostly practiced by Christians and also people who like to respect nature and their bodies. But if that isn't your cup of tea the information is all you need pay attention to. It seems like a lot of girls haven't any idea of the science of being female and it is really fascinating....
