so i have always had really irregualr periods but when i did have them they were consistent in only lasting for 4 days and were never very strong.

last month i started my period so i started my new birth control. the first weird thing happened then. my period lasted for maybe 36 hours and it wasnt exactly blood it was more like a coraly colored liquid.

then this last sat. i started my period and it was a very light flow by monday night it was nothing. then tuesday i wake up and its like full blown again. its worse than ive ever had it.

im using the super hold tampons and still have to change it like every 2 hours because the blood flow is so strong. and the blood is coming out in large clots and its been like this for almost 3 days now.

any advice on what to do? or whats causing this?
