I am a little worried because I had my period on the weekend of the 8th of June and now I have it again and it has only been like 3 weeks. Also it is very heavy and it usually isn't that bad. I was just wondering if I should be concered or not?

Three weeks between cycles is the average for women. You have one week of the month that you are on your period (give or take a few days) and then three weeks that you are not on your period. It is also normal to experience heavy bleeding. Some women bleed more then others. As time passes, you go through hormone variations which will create changes in your periods such as the amount of blood, color of blood, severity of cramps, etc etc. If you continue to bleed heavily beyond 7 days, then I would be concerned. Or if you start to get lightheaded and pale (this would indicate severe blood loss). If it makes you feel better, go see your gynecologist as that will be the only way to be 100% certain.
