hi.. i was just wondering if anyone has any idea what this might be. I am 31 and have been having regular periods that in itself is odd for me. However what has been worrying me is this rather odd spotting i have been getting after orgasms it will start the first time i go the bathroom after having one and will continue for 2-4 days after each time i go to the bathroom. it is not normal menstral bleeding, it is very light pink with red vien looking streaks in it. i also get awful headaches during orgasms or heavy lifting. I have had chronic cysts since i was 13 one growing so large that it had to be surgically removed to prevent damage so im pretty sure it isnt a cyst i am quite familiar with how those affect me. so if anyone has any ideas on what this may be or has heard of it before please let me know.. i have no insurance and the free clinic here cannot do anything for you unless you are pregnant.

I wish I could give you a more definite answer. I went through the same thing last year after having my son. I had all the tests done and the doctor finally felt that my hormones needed a "jumpstart" and that my cervex probably dropped while I was pregnant and that was contributing to the spotting. So I went on the Nueva ring for a total of 6 months. Finally the bleeding stopped along with my libido thanks to the hormones. Now a year later the spotting is back. I took an online test and found out that I am Perimenopausal. I am not quite 33. Also thyroid problems can cause mid cycle spotting if that is an issue. It wasn't with me. Good luck. I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM I WENT TO A DOCTOR IN MEXICO BECAUSE THE DOCTORS HERE WHERE I LIVE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR ME HERE.ALL THEY DID WAS JUST MAKE THE SYMPTOMS WORSE.THE THING WAS THAT I HAVE AN ULCER ON MY CERVICAL NECK. AND AFTER SEX I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AS YOU DID. IT WAS DUE TO AN INFECTION UNTREATED.I WAS GIVEN SOME SUPPOSITORIES AND IT CLEARS IT UP FOR AWHILE BUT IF I GET AN YEAST INFECTION THE BLEEDING STARTS AGAIN.I HOPE I WAS OF SOME HELP. BYE!
