I currently have what i presume is my period for 9 days, it eased off and even stopped for the past two days, but is back as of today as hevy as when it started. Which was a lot heavier than I have had before. The strange thing about this is i am on the pill, and have not finished this months course so i should not have had a period at all. Sice starting on this pill last december ive been all over the place i suppose. My period has come almost a week late, in which instance my doctor has told me to restart the pill as normal. But it is usually light and lasts no more than 4 days at most. I am now concerned this may be something more than a period, but im not at all sure what. Im not sure if i should consult a doctor or just wait it out and see if all goes back to normal. Any advice on this would be really appreciated. Its not exactly something i can discuss with my friends, and my partner is starting to get concerned, which is freaking me out. Hopefully some of you has had something similar and can put my mind at ease.
