Thread: nauseated before period starts

Hello, I was just wanting to know if someone could tell me why I would be really nauseated before my period starts. It will be steady all day, sometimes comes on with certain smells or tastes and I am not pregnant.
My other symptoms are basically feeling like I have the flu.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

well i know before i start my period i don't feel all that great either. yes i get nauseated have headaches have backaches and of course the usual iness that also comes along with my period. your hormones get all crazy because of your period. so i think that it is pretty normal to be nuaseous before your period.
