Default no period after stopping birth control

Hey there, My name is Becca. I stopped taking birth control April 19th, 2007. I got my eriod in april, mAY, late in june, and july, but still got it. I havn't had anything, not even a penny worth of a period since then. I hate it to. My face still breaks out but no period, I don't even know when its suppose to be that time again. I was on Yaz birth control (the pill). I was on it since sept. 05.
I talked to my family doctor a couple of months ago, he told me if i didn't start for me to try to get back on birth control, I am not for that at all. Wouldn't that make me go through all this again? I am married working on our three years now. I wouldn't mind getting pregnant when it happens. I have done some research and found that clomid might help, does anyone have any suggets or advice, has anyone else ever been through this.
Thanks so much for the help.
    Becca

I am in the same kind of situation as you. I was on the pill for about 5 months, and then I went off it. I stopped taking the pill after my last period, which was January 1st. It has been three weeks now and I am admittedly only 3 days late, but I have never been late before. I am sure its just my body readjusting all the hormone levels, since I have heard that this kind of thing does happen, however I still am a little freaked out. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Any suggestions? Should I wait a bit longer and take another test, or should I go and see a doctor right away?
