I too get extremely tired around the time I have my period. I have absolutely no energy. This is not good being that I have two young children. If anyone has any experience with this or any suggestions please let us know.

Periods can effect women very differently. Some get tired, some anxious, some highly aggitated, some just highly emotional. It just depends on you. It is common to be both tired and overly worried about things. Eating healthy, exercising, and keeping a positive outlook and keeping busy with positive things will really help you to cope with your symptoms.
