Seems to me you posed questions, as there were question marks next to them.

Our long term members, contribute their time to reply to posters and are able to form the own opinons or provide their own knowledge to assist our members, to which we are grateful to them.

In addition, you adressed one question to the previous poster, not the entire post.

Insulting our members, results in instant banning. Your entire post has been deleted.

You may enjoy this site, however, you also may find yourself banned, if you continue down that path.

As for your posts? Read the whole thread, and context, opinions. We do not force one particular opinion, over and over - I suggest you therefore, also read our FAQ rules.

Yes, it's important to do your own research, yes it's important as ItsASecret has clearly pointed out, to take that knowledge or findings to your Doctor, and discuss... Even herbal medicines can be dangerous if taken in-correctly...

As this thread is old and has sufficient information for people to ponder on.. I'm closing it.

Default PMDD sufferer - new to site!

    Hi all,
I have been suffering, and researching PMDD for over 2 years now! I am currently trying bio identical progesterone cream, which i much prefer to all the other things i have tried (SSRI's, contraceptive pill) This is because, for me, it treats the root problem - an imbalance in hormones - rather the symptons: depression, anxiety, crying spells, etc, etc.
I am sure that i have not got the dose right, and really want to try tablet form. I struggle for more of the month than i would like, up to 3 weeks. I am sick of it, and would love any advice from anyone who has a similar viewpoint to me (ie treating the hormonal imbalance, not the sympton)
I am feeling pretty rubbish right now, but will try to show some humour and light heartedness at another time! I do not react well always to people saying you need to be positive - it is kind of stating the obvious, and is usually advice offered from someone who has never had a painful period, let alone something like PMDD!
I really do wish all you fellow sufferers well - the more we talk, the more awareness will be raised. It is very hard here in UK, not one of the GP's i've been to has had any idea of what i've been talking about. I had to self diagnose, and prove my findings to my doctor! Luckily I have now found a medical homeopath. But I am still not coping with day to day life!
I know there are people on this site who understand! Please say hi!

    Andrea xx

Im new to all this and honestly this is my first forum post ever.

I have been struggling for over a year now with PMDD and it is just getting worse over time. I always think I have it in control and then, bam it overtakes and Im majorly depressed. It is really starting to affect my relationship. I was doing some research and I was reading all these old posts and I do not want to take prescription meds; I want something natural. Do any of you know about or have tried Seritol? Also what have you found to be the best combo of natural treatments.

Anything would be helpful and I appreciate the help.

    Thanks.

Please read my new post: pmdd and menopause cure! I strongly recommend Oceans 3 by Garden of Life. It has changed my life!!! I am a new person with this natural product. I am so glad I did not take the antidepressants the doctor perscribed, the 2500 ablation surgery and the birth control pills that gave me high blood pressure. After I started taking Oceans 3, all of my symptoms were gone and/or reduced. I didn't even know I was starting my period! I no longer suffer from heavy periods, cramps, irritability, anxiety and insomnia. I am amazed! I'm writing to the Garden of Life company with my testimonial! Good luck!!

There is a special beehive product, made by bees that were fed on medicinal herbs mixtures. It's produced in Israel, but you can find it online at vitamedbg.com , they'll send it to you. The specific product is called LadyMel and there are two versions, one for day, one for night.
    Hope I helped.
