And yes, bananas really do work. But like I stated earlier, nothing's gonna happen if you just eat a banana right when it starts hurting.. Period or not; Try to eat them regularly. If you can everyday, that's great. I eat 'em like.. Once or twice a week.. They're alright. Sometimes I get tired of eating them like that so I cut one up, toss it in the blender with some strawberries and milk [and a bit of sugar and perhaps some crushed ice] and I make myself a strawberry-banana smoothie. Hah, I'm drinking one right now, as I type this :P But yes, they really do help cause of all the potassium in them. And the multi-vitamins, they dont have to be over-the-counter. Just get something with plenty of calcium, potassium, etc [MULTI-vitamins] and take one a day or one every other day. They shouldn't be too expensive at all. Well, I'll let you go now. I'm a mind reader. I know how much you wish you had this amazing smoothie, and I know how much you're craving it. I'll let you go so you can make yourself one haha
