    Default Spotting between periods

    Two days ago I got stich like pains in my left side.Then yesterday i still had it on and off acompanyied by light spotting which last all day.Today I'm bad to normal is this ovulation syptoms or something else.I'm roughly in the middle of my menstrual cycle?

    Random spotting and cramping can occur at any time. They can be brought on by all kinds of things. Stress, illness, unhealthy eating, and hormone fluctuations and they are very common in women.
