freaky brown discharge!?

I don't know what to do about it! I've had it before [especially when I first got my period]
I'm 15 years old and I've had this gross, smelly brown discharge for about 4 or 5 days. I get cramps, and REALLY naseous. I've heard about women getting that when they're pregnate but Im not even sexually active yet. It didn't really bother me until the naseua. [sp?]
and like i said...It smells REALLY bad. Is there something wrong? Should I see a doctor?
