We all feel like that from time to time....the world is full of negativity ....Its easy for me to tell you it will get better...but that doesnt help much now does it.
Not exactly sure what is going on in your life... sometimes keeping mind and body busy can help with these feelings. It can help break the chain of thoughts/emotions that are causing this. We never know what tomorrow brings....just as good a chance of something uplifting that can put a smile on your face. And make todays feelings no more than a small nusiance....Atleast you can spell...im still learning..and im a old fart
