She's having...a conversation with herself...well, with my dad, to herself! My dads not there but she's talking to him

She's always done it but not this much, or this loud! It's usually just running through stuff she has to do today but she's bringing up things about when she left home saying things like 'I didn't leave you kicked me out but I don't need ..... kicking anymore...' Things that I think she wished she'd said back then...which is making me wonder whether or not she wants to be back?

she's back now but the stuff she's saying is just weird...I really think she resents being back here ya know.

    She's probably just releasing...

She may have a lot built up inside and saying it out loud is good theropy...

But, saying it outloud so other's can hear can also be to ensure you hear, maybe she doesn't want to look like it was all her fault, therefore, is saying things out load for other's to see that....

I am sure she wouldn't be back if she didn't want to be hey.

( And, don't use cuss words abbreviated ).....

Something like 98% of women talk to themselves. We process information verbally rather than internally. CW's probably right that just working through some old stuff. Why not get her a journal and encourage her to write. Or sne could write letters about what she feels and what she needs to hear from the people or person who hurt her? Then follow that up with the response whe would like to have from them. This could help her identify and release her feelings so she can let go of them.

I dont have the type of relationship with my mum that I can suggest things like that to her and even if I did suggest it, she'd laugh and say no or say 'I don't have the time'

I don't know what all is going on with her, but it could be stress induced psychosis
